Age Brackets for all star teams:
In order to avoid an athlete
's eligibility changing during the year, there is an age cut-off date. How old you are on August 31 of this year will determine your competition age for that entire season until August 31 of the next year. In other words, if you are 14 on August 31, you compete as a 14 year old for that entire season, even if you turn 15 on September 1. Following are the age brackets and the corresponding HEAT teams:
Age on August 31, 2009
Wildfire & Firestorm 12 - 18
Flames 9 - 11
Sparks 6 - 8
Embers 3 - 5

We will teach all the necessary skills for the beginning level teams, experience is not a requirement but a commitment to learn is
HEAT All Stars attend Summer/Fall Parades and performances and Winter/Spring competitions.
HEAT Cheer All-Stars consists of several teams- subject to change as we continue to grow
